Free Shipping is only applicable for orders to be delivered in the continental United States. Fedex does not deliver to PO Boxes. We require a physical address for FedEx Ground shipping. GRO Products is not responsible for packages that are stolen, refused, not picked up or that are misdirected due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.Therefore no refunds or credits will be issued.
